Franstorm AI LLC – Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to all products, services, and technologies (collectively referred to as the “Products”) provided by Franstorm AI LLC under any active or future agreement.

This Policy is designed to protect Franstorm AI, our customers, and the broader online community from unethical, irresponsible, or illegal activities that may result from misuse of our Products.

Customers found engaging in activities prohibited by this Policy may be subject to service suspension or account termination. In severe cases, Franstorm AI may be required to report such activities to relevant legal authorities.

1. Fair Use

Franstorm AI provides its services with the expectation of “business as usual” usage as outlined in your subscription or agreement.

If usage is deemed excessive or abusive, Franstorm AI reserves the right to limit capacity, reduce service priority, or apply additional charges.

We oppose all forms of abuse, discrimination, rights violations, and exploitation, and expect our users to engage with our Products in a responsible and ethical manner.

2. Customer Accountability

Customers are responsible for all actions taken through their accounts, including any actions by authorized or unauthorized users.

By using Franstorm AI Products, customers agree to enforce this Policy for all individuals who access or use the Products under their account.

Complaints about customer or end-user activities will be directed to the account owner’s registered contact.

Franstorm AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating this Policy, without notice or refund.

3. Prohibited Activity

a. Copyright Infringement & Unauthorized Material

Customers must not use our Products to upload, transmit, or distribute materials that:

Violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
Contain obscene, defamatory, or illegal content.
Breach export control or privacy regulations.

Customers are solely responsible for securing permissions for all materials they use or publish through Franstorm AI.

b. Spam & Unsolicited Communication

Franstorm AI strictly prohibits the use of its Products for sending unsolicited bulk or commercial messages (“spam”).

Prohibited activities include:

Sending spam or marketing messages without explicit consent.
Using purchased or third-party contact lists.
Operating mailing lists or databases without confirmed opt-in verification.

All campaigns run through Franstorm AI tools must comply with anti-spam laws applicable in the user’s jurisdiction.

c. Unethical, Exploitative & Malicious Activity

Customers must not use Franstorm AI Products to:

Engage in hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access to systems.
Spread malware, viruses, or malicious code.
Launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or interfere with other users’ access.
Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory activity.
Attempt to avoid payment or manipulate billing processes.
Publish or promote content that incites violence, supports terrorism, or depicts illegal activity.

Franstorm AI strictly prohibits its Products from being used by or for entities involved in:

Illegal gambling, terrorism, arms or drug trafficking, or human exploitation.
Production or distribution of weapons, including nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons.

4. Unauthorized Use of Franstorm AI Property

Impersonating Franstorm AI LLC, misrepresenting an affiliation, or using our intellectual property (including logo, brand name, or software interface) for fraudulent or deceptive purposes is strictly forbidden.

Any unauthorized reference or imitation of Franstorm AI for the purpose of obtaining business, trust, or financial gain will result in immediate legal and contractual action.

5. Enforcement & Action

If Franstorm AI determines that a customer or their end-user has violated this Policy, we reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate the user’s account.
Remove or restrict access to any data or materials.
Notify law enforcement or other authorities as necessary.
Pursue legal action for damages or losses incurred.

No credit, refund, or service extension will be provided in cases of account suspension or termination due to policy violation.
