1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Subscription Cancellation

Franstorm AI is committed to transparency and fair usage. The following terms apply to all cancellations:

  • Voluntary Cancellation:
    Users may cancel their subscription anytime through their dashboard or by contacting support@franstorm.com.

  • Timing of Cancellation:
    Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will prevent future charges.
    If you unsubscribe in the middle of the month, you will still be charged for that full month with no partial refund.

  • Free Trial Period Policy:
    Since Franstorm AI and Franstorm CRM manage essential business data, no refunds are provided after the free trial periods.
    Users enjoy:

    • 15-day free trial for Franstorm CRM

    • 35-day free trial for Franstorm AI
      Users may cancel anytime during the trial with zero charges.

  • Post-Subscription Management:
    Users may unsubscribe at any time after their subscription begins.
    Canceling does NOT entitle users to a refund or credit for unused days.

1.2 Service Cancellation by Franstorm AI

Franstorm AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of terms

  • Misuse of platform features

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behavior

No refunds will be granted in such cases.


2. Refund Policy (Strict No Refund Policy)

Franstorm AI enforces a strict “No Refund, No Dispute, No Reversal, No Chargeback” policy to ensure fairness, transparency, and operational stability.

This means:

  • No Refunds under any circumstances outside the limited eligibility window

  • No Disputes with your bank or payment provider

  • No Payment Reversals allowed after purchase

  • No Chargebacks accepted or processed

By purchasing or subscribing, users expressly agree to these terms.

2.1 Refund Eligibility (Limited Conditions)

Refunds may only be considered if all the conditions below are met:

  • Request is submitted within 14 days of your first-ever purchase

  • It is your first-time purchase (renewals, recurring payments, and upgrades are non-refundable)

  • The service has not been substantially used

If any of these criteria are not met, the refund request will be automatically declined.

2.2 Refund Process

  • Submit Request: Users must provide proof of purchase and a clear explanation via our support portal.

  • Review Period: Franstorm AI will respond within 5–7 business days.

2.3 Refund Method

  • Payment Reversal:
    If approved, refunds will only be issued back to the original payment method.

  • Processing Time:
    Time may vary depending on your payment provider.


3. Exceptions

3.1 Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for interruptions or limitations caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Broad technical failures

  • Events beyond our control

3.2 Promotional/Discount Purchases

Purchases made during promotions, discounts, or limited-time offers are strictly non-refundable unless explicitly stated.


4. No Refund, No Dispute, No Reversal, No Chargeback

By subscribing to Franstorm AI, you explicitly agree that:

  • You cannot file a dispute with your bank or payment provider

  • You cannot request a chargeback

  • You cannot demand a reversal of payment

  • You acknowledge that all payments made are final

Any attempt at a chargeback or dispute may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Submission of proof of service use to the bank

  • Legal recourse for violation of agreed terms
